Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all pet clothing is free of hair and odors, then place the items back in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
